SECTION 16 – STORE CREDIT FOR UNAVAILABLE EXCHANGES

In the event that an approved exchange cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability, discontinuation of the product, or the requested size being unavailable, Sculptt Private Limited reserves the right to issue store credit in lieu of an exchange. Depending on the condition of the returned product and applicable exchange circumstances, store credit of up to 50% of the product value may be issued at the sole discretion of the Company.

All discounts, promotional offers, coupon codes, sale prices, and marketing campaigns are offered at the sole discretion of Sculptt Private Limited and may be modified, suspended, withdrawn, cancelled, or revoked at any time without prior notice. Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available on orders placed through our website. All purchases must be completed using the prepaid payment methods available at checkout.
