At Sculptt Private Limited, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order on Sculptt Official Website.

As we are an online-only business and do not operate physical retail stores, all return and exchange requests are handled exclusively through our online support process.

Exchange Policy

Size Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for size-related issues, subject to availability.

Exchange Conditions

Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

Products must be:

  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • Undamaged
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags intact

Any products failing our quality inspection will not qualify for exchange.

Customer-Borne Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for bearing the shipping cost for all exchange requests, including the cost of shipping the product from their location to the registered office of Sculptt Private Limited.

We do not provide reverse pickup services for exchanges unless specifically communicated otherwise by our support team.

Shipping charges paid during the original order are non-refundable.

EXCHANGE SHIPPING FEE

A flat exchange shipping fee of ₹150 will be charged for every approved exchange request. This fee helps cover the cost of quality inspection, and reshipping logistics. As a growing brand, this allows us to maintain fair product pricing while continuing to offer exchange support to our customers.

Exchange Availability

All exchanges are subject to product and size availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, we reserve the right to:

  • Offer store credit, or
  • Decline the exchange request

 

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items/orders are not eligible for exchange:

  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale events
  • Products purchased using promotional offers where specified
  • Gift cards
  • Intimatewear/accessories (if applicable)
  • Products showing signs of wear, washing, perfume, stains, or damage

Return Policy

No Returns Accepted

We currently do not accept returns for any products purchased through our website.

As an apparel brand, sizing and fit preferences may vary; therefore, customers are requested to carefully refer to the size chart before placing an order.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Preference-related concerns
  • Delayed deliveries caused by courier partners
  • Minor color variations due to screen/display settings
  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product,
  • A defective item, or
  • An incorrect product,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  1. Your order ID
  2. Clear photos/videos of the product
  3. An unboxing video showing the issue clearly

Claims raised without sufficient proof may not be accepted.

After verification, our team will determine whether the product qualifies for replacement or exchange.

 

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products:

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@sculpttco.com.

A clear, continuous unboxing video must be provided showing:
• The sealed outer package
• Opening of the package
• Product tags
• Product condition
• The issue being reported

This documentation helps us verify claims efficiently and provide prompt assistance.

Upon successful verification, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

If the replacement product is unavailable, full store credit equivalent to the product value will be issued.

For verification purposes, our warehouse also maintains packing and dispatch records.

 

Sale Items

Products purchased during sale events, promotional campaigns, clearance sales, or at discounted prices are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exchanges on sale items may be permitted solely at the discretion of Sculptt Private Limited and subject to product availability.

 

Size Selection

Each product page on our website contains a dedicated size chart specific to that garment. Customers are strongly encouraged to review the size chart and select sizes based on their body measurements before placing an order.

 

Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed.

We request you to review your order details carefully before completing your purchase! Our team ensures to start packing your order shortly after it is placed.

 

General Guidelines

Exchange requests submitted beyond the allowed timeframe may not be accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet our policy requirements.

Approval of exchanges is solely at the discretion of Sculptt Private Limited after quality inspection.

Policy terms may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice.

 

Refunds

Sculptt Private Limited does not generally offer refunds as per our Return & Exchange Policy.
However, in exceptional cases where a refund is approved at the sole discretion of Sculptt Private Limited, the refund amount will be issued exclusively in the form of store credit/store code.
The issued store credit may be used by the customer toward future purchases on Sculptt Official Website.
Refunds will not be processed back to the original payment method unless otherwise required under applicable law or specifically approved by the Company.
