Shipping Methods
We currently offer Standard Shipping across India.
Estimated delivery timelines are typically between 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your delivery location and courier service availability.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
A flat shipping fee of ₹50 will be applied to all orders.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping Locations
At present, Sculptt Private Limited ships only within India.
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Order Processing & Delivery
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 5–7 business days.
Delivery timelines may be affected during:

Order Tracking

Cancellation Policy
We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed.

Delivery Responsibility & Courier Issues
Once an order has been handed over to the courier partner for dispatch, delivery timelines and handling are managed by the respective shipping carrier.
Sculptt Private Limited shall not be held responsible for:
- Delays caused by courier partners
- Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect customer information
- Undelivered packages caused by customer unavailability
- Damaged outer packaging during transit
- Loss or damage occurring during the shipping process after dispatch
In cases involving transit damage, packaging issues, delivery disputes, or shipment loss, customers are required to raise the concern directly with the respective courier or delivery partner.
However, customers may still contact our support team for reasonable assistance or guidance where possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout.
We are not responsible for delivery failures, delays, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
