PAYMENT
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, along with Gpay and UPI payments.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Razorpay Secure Checkout, which is fully encrypted.
SHIPPING
How much does shipping cost?
We charge a standard shipping fee of Rs. 50 on all orders below Rs. 999
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer complimentary shipping on all orders above Rs. 999
Do you ship throughout India?
Yes. We ship throughout India.
Do you ship internationally?
No, Sculptt does not currently ship internationally.
How long does dispatch take?
After a customer places an order, our team packs and dispatches the order within 24-48 hours. However, in the event of a high number of orders, our team may reach out to you in case of any dispatch delays. Kindly contact info@sculpttco.com for any queries regarding dispatch.
ORDERS AND PROCESSING
Can I cancel my order?
We currently do not offer cancellations for orders and request customers to confirm all details before placing their order.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
We are unable to change delivery addresses once the order is placed. In case the order has not been dispatched by our team, kindly contact info@sculpttco.com regarding your concern.
Our team will try their best to change the given delivery address, only in case the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. However, we cannot guarantee the same. We request you to kindly check your order details before placing your order.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
What is the return policy?
Due to the size and nature of a small, growing brand, we are unable to accept returns on products, unless there is a manufacturing defect in the product received, or if you have received the incorrect size.
How do I exchange my order?
For any size exchanges, kindly reach out to info@sculpttco.com with the following details:
1. Customer Name
2. Order Number
3. Which size you would like to exchange the product for
Kindly note that if the requested size is not available for exchange, we may offer alternative solutions, such as store credit.
Can I return a sale item?
No, items that have been purchased during a sale are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds.
Do I have to pay for return postage?
Yes. The customer will have to return the package to our warehouse through a shipping/courier service. Once we examine the item and ensure eligibility for exchange, the customer will have to pay a fee of Rs. 100 to cover shipping costs.
